Binhome is a small village of about 500 people in rural Guinea-Bissau. It is one of four villages where we are just starting work to help the local women set up and run a market garden.
On our most recent visit we saw the election of leaders for the women’s group, and we were able to discuss micro-saving schemes and the location of a new well with them. An exciting new project which will be completed over the next few months.
